Two victories guaranteed the U-17 national team the exit to the elite round
From October 10 to 16, Bulgaria hosted the qualifying round of the European Championship among players born in 2001. Victories over Bulgaria and Azerbaijan allowed Oleg Kuznetsov's wards to reach the elite qualifying round of Euro-2019 (U-17) for the round before the end of the tournament. The defeat of the Irish did not affect the overall success of the blue and yellows.
