2019 World Cup quotas (U-20). Ukraine's national team in Finland will compete for a trip to Poland

U-19 Youth Team of Ukraine thanks to the successful performance in the qualifying elite round in Romania qualified for Euro 2018 in Finland. Now the wards of Alexander Petrakov will play in the final part of the tournament, which will take place from July 16 to July 29. 

The tournament in Finland will also qualify for the 2019 UEFA World Cup. 

The 2019 U-20 World Cup will be held from May 25 to June 16, 2019 in six cities in Poland. The World Cup matches will be hosted by Lublin, Lodz, Gdynia, Tychy, Bydgoszcz and Lubin. 2019 teams from six confederations will take part in the 24 World Cup. 

Europe will be represented by six national teams at the tournament. One of them is already known, it is the host of the competition, the Polish team. Oleksandr Petrakov's wards need to get into the top five at the European Championships to qualify for the World Cup. That is, either make it to the semifinals, or win the match for fifth place (it will meet the third teams of Euro 2018 (U-19)). Rivals of the national team of Ukraine at the forum in Finland will be announced on May 30.

For the rest of the 2019 (U-20) World Cup participants, Africa, Asia, South America and the CONCACAF area received four passes, Oceania got two passes.

The current world champion in the U-20 national team is the team of England, which won this title at the last World Cup in 2017 in South Korea.
