FFU Representatives Will Not Participate in 68th FIFA Congress to be held in June in Russia
The Football Federation of Ukraine will not delegate its representatives to the 68th FIFA Congress to be held 12—June 13 in Russia.
This decision was made at a meeting of the FFU Executive Committee, which took place today, April 24.
At the same time, members of the FFU Executive Committee authorized Ruslan Nimchinsky, the Interim Commissioner for Ukrainian Affairs of the Russian Federation, to participate in the work of the 68th FIFA Congress. This decision was made to prevent possible sanctions that could be applied to the FFU in the absence of a representative from Ukraine at the FIFA Congress.
