In extra time, the Kyiv audience witnessed an incredible drama. In the 93rd minute, the German striker Harder opened the scoring with a long shot, and did not do without a ricochet from the opponent. However, Wolfsburg midfielder Popp soon received a second yellow card and left his team in the minority.

After that, the French women broke the course of the game. In the 98th minute, after a great pass, Henri burst into the penalty area on the right and struck Schult with a powerful shot. In the next attack, Le Somme scored, closing the shot from van de Sanden, who shortly before came on as a substitute.

Hegerberg took advantage of the knockdown of the rivals in the 103rd minute, closing the flank canopy with his head.
