The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine has considered the issue of determining a participant in the tournament in the Ukrainian Premier League.
The FFU Executive Committee, having considered the proposal of the UPL to include FC Chornomorets (Odessa) in the 2018/2019 season, in accordance with paragraph 9.7 of Article 5 Regulations of the All-Ukrainian football competitions among the teams of the Ukrainian Premier League clubs of the 2017/2018 season, decided to support this proposal and recognize FC Chornomorets as a participant in the UPL championship in the 2018/2019 season.
