U-19: Ukraine's youth team moved to Finland

Before the start of the European Championship, Alexander Petrakov's wards will train on the spot.

From June 16 to July 29, Junior Euro 2018 (U-19) will be held in Finland. The national team of Ukraine (players not older than 1999 year of birth), who flew to Finland this morning, will take part in it. The team will be based there in Vaasa, at the Cumulus Resort Tropiclandia, and will move to the Sokos Hotel Royal before the tournament.

The goalkeeper was replaced as a member of the national team. Instead of Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, Chornomorets player Andriy Kozhukhar was called up. As for the team's plan to stay in Finland before the start of the tournament, Oleksandr Petrakov's wards will work in a two-time training mode. The duel will take place on July 12, and on the 17th the blue-yellows will open the Euro with a match against the French national team. On July 20, the rival of the national team of Ukraine will be the team of England, and on the 23rd - the national team of Turkey. The other group will feature teams from Italy, Portugal, Norway and Finland. The two best teams of their quartets will reach the semifinals of the tournament.

Before the trip to Finland, the U-19 team made two sparring sessions
