Super Bowl of Ukraine: Dynamo wins first trophy of new season

In Odessa at the Chornomorets Stadium, the next season in the elite of Ukrainian football was opened by a match for the Super Cup between the two best clubs in the country.

At the beginning of the match, Shakhtar looked more confident, despite the fact that three newcomers appeared on the field at once - Danchenko, Fernando and Moraes, while Kyiv presented to the public only one summer acquisition - Che Che.

Donetsk repeatedly reached the white-and-blue goal, and one of their attacks, in the 9th minute, ended with a shot by Ismaili in the crossbar. In such a game, Dynamo's goal looked illogical. Pitmen's goalkeeper Pyatov made a mistake when he tried to beat Shepelev at his own goal, Kyiv caught the ball and played a combination that ended with Besedin's pass to Buyalsky. 0: 1. The time left before the break was spent in an equal struggle, however, the Pitmen often threatened the opponent's goal.

The second half turned out to be more spectacular - first of all due to the fact that Dynamo started to act more openly. Moments were created by both teams, and the best chance was lost by Tsygankov, who in the 73rd minute, punching his head, hit the crossbar.

So, in the 15th draw of the National Super Cup, Dynamo Kyiv won for their club in the seventh victory. Shakhtar has eight titles left.

The game was attended by 13 performers who were called to the last training camp of the national team of Ukraine - miners Pyatov, Kryvtsov, Rakitsky, Stepanenko, Marlos, Kovalenko (replaced in the 67th minute) and Dynamo Boyko, Burda (withdrawal), Shepelev (yellow card), Buyalsky (goal replaced in the 78th minute), Tsygankov, Besedin (goal pass), Shaparenko (came on as a substitute in the 71st minute).
