The head coach of "Victoria" from Nikolaevka, that in the Sumy region, Artem Radionov doesn't hide that in an initial cup duel with Ternopil "Field" aimed the wards only at a victory:

- Our win with a minimal advantage - 2: 1 should not be misleading: we were closer to scoring the third goal than the opponent to equalize the score. I am convinced that "Victoria", despite its amateur status, deservedly made its way to the next cup round, because we knew the strengths and vulnerabilities of Ternopil footballers. Our the next cup competitor - "Mir" from Gornostayivka. This club also plays in the second league, but the style of play differs from "Niva", and therefore it will be interesting to compete with him.

My wards like to meet with teams that are older in rank, and it is cup battles that give such an opportunity. This is a great opportunity to get rich experience, to borrow some novelties. By the way, I am often asked why "Victoria" - the strongest amateur team in Ukraine - did not apply for the second league. I adhere to the point of view of the management of our FC: first you need to put the club infrastructure in order, and only then think about performances at a professional level…
