Employees of the Football Federation of Ukraine, with the participation of a UEFA representative, will discuss current issues with coaches of youth sports schools of Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.

The seminar will be held in Kherson on August 25, 2018. It will consider current issues of the development of children's and youth football. This was announced by the head of the youth football department of the FFU, Valery Zolotukhin, at a press conference on the occasion of the start of the IV All-Ukrainian football tournament "Crimea is Ukraine" among youth teams formed from football players born in 2003.

"On August 25 at 13 p.m., we will start a forum for coaches at the Kherson Regional State Administration. We have invited all football coaches of children's and youth sports schools in the city of Kherson and the Kherson region. We have also invited children's and youth coaches from the neighboring Mykolaiv region, and I hope they will respond. The seminar will be quite interesting - the main issue is the organization of competitions. We will talk with Roger Meichtry from UEFA about how best to do this. I hope he will give us advice," Ukrinform quotes Valery Zolotukhin.

The second issue of discussion will be the payment of compensation by professional football clubs to children's and youth sports institutions for the training of young football players by them. The third issue is the organization of the training process of young players. "The seminar will be a practical base for our coaches," Zolotukhin emphasized.
