Vasily Kobin: "Despite the status of the debutant of the second league," Minaj "is steadily walking the cup distance"

FC Minai midfielder, multiple champion of Ukraine Vasyl Kobin told about his impressions after the match of the second round of the Cup of Ukraine against "Prykarpattia" (3: 1):

- Cup battles have their own, special aura. Here the maximum concentration, mutual help comes to the fore, because one mistake can cancel all plans.

It is gratifying that, despite the status of the debutant of the second league, "Minai" confidently walks the cup distance. I think that we deservedly prevailed over "Prykarpattia", and not only because of the native walls. After all, they outnumbered the opponent in tactical flexibility and, most importantly, as they say, they wanted to win more. Now there will be a chance in the next round to find out what we are worth in the confrontation with the elite teams…

Why did I end up in Minai? You know, sooner or later you have to repay debts… I never forgot that I am a pupil of Transcarpathian football. When he met with the FC management, he learned about the ambitious tasks set for the team. He decided that he should return home and help Mina with his experience on the difficult path of formation.

So far we are playing in the second league, but I enjoy the game. Because "Minai" is trying to demonstrate spectacular, combination football. It is very important that old friends, Mykhailo Kopolovets and Vladyslav Mykulyak, perform with me, with whom we once gained professional recognition in Uzhhorod's Zakarpattia.
