UEFA odds table: we have nine points, but also two losses

In the playoffs of the European Cups, Ukrainian clubs, thanks to two draws, Dynamo with Ajax and Zorya with Leipzig, earned only one point for the UEFA odds table. In addition, after Mariupol, the Luhansk team stopped playing in the Europa League.

Thus, Shakhtar already has four bonuses for participating in the group stage of the Champions League, Dynamo has gained two points, Zorya and "Mariupol" - one and a half, and "Vorskla" will start in the European Cups later. Thus, Ukraine currently has nine points or 1,8 points.

It should be noted that after the reform, the seventh, eighth and ninth associations in the UEFA coefficient table have exactly the same rights in both European Cups. Namely - the participation of five clubs: two - in the Champions League (one - in the group stage, one - in the third qualifying round) and three - in the Europa League (one - in the group stage, one - in the third qualifying round and one - in the second qualifying).

But the 10th position loses certain privileges (the second winner starts in the Champions League a stage earlier). Not to mention the 11th, which does not allow the association to automatically delegate its club to the group stage of the Champions League.
