U-21: Ukrainian youth team wins Arsenal-Kyiv friendly match

Oleksandr Golovko's wards in the control duel beat Vyacheslav Grozny to a minimum. 

During the short-term training camp, the youth national team of Ukraine played a friendly match with the outsider of the Premier League - "Arsenal-Kyiv". The match consisted of two halves of 40 minutes.

The first half passed in an approximately equal struggle. Both opponents had several opportunities to score, but Mariupol striker Andriy Boryachuk made the best use of his goal, scoring the ball with a direct free kick in the 33rd minute.

In the second half, the teams also did not sit at their gates. However, Arsenal looked fresher, as in the 60th minute its coach Vyacheslav Grozny replaced nine players at once. However, no more goals were scored. 1: 0.

Now the youth national team of Ukraine will gather on October 8 and will begin systematic preparations for two matches of the qualifying tournament of the European Championship - against Scotland (October 12) and the Netherlands (October 16).
