Officially. The decision of the FCC of the Football Federation of Ukraine
The meeting of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine was held.
Among others, the issue of events that occurred during and after the match of the 10th round of the UPL championship on September 30, 2018 of FC Arsenal-Kyiv - FC Dynamo (Kyiv) was considered.
Having considered the available materials, the KFC FFC decided:
- for improper behavior of fans - to apply to FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) a sanction in the form of a mandatory cash contribution of 250 thousand UAH. The club was also warned about the possible application of non-financial sanctions in case of recurrence of such incidents;
- the head coach of FC Dynamo (Kyiv) Khatskevich O., who was removed during the mentioned match, was suspended for one match;
- football player of FC Dynamo (Kyiv) Shabanov A., removed during the mentioned match, was suspended for two matches;
- FC Dynamo (Kyiv) officials, club president I. Surkis and administrator V. Kashpur were suspended for three matches each for misconduct during the match.
