The Executive Committee of the FFU decided to approve Natalia Zinchenko, the head coach of the Ukrainian women's national team, as the head coach of the women's youth team.

Earlier, the FFU Women's Committee recognized the performance of the Ukrainian women's national team in the qualifying tournament of the 2019 World Cup as a whole unsatisfactory and decided not to continue cooperation with Vladimir Reva, who led the team during the last two qualifying cycles.

Also the committee recommended the FFU Executive Committee to appoint Natalia Zinchenko, the current coach of the youth national team, as a mentor until the end of the qualifying round of the 2021 European Championship.

The FFU Executive Board agreed with the proposal of the FFU Women's Soccer Committee to appoint Natalia Zinchenko, the national team of the national women's team, from October 16, 2018 to November 30, 2020.

It should be noted that Natalia Zinchenko also heads Kharkiv's Zhytlobud-2, which performs successfully in the top league of the championship of Ukraine among women's teams. And recently, a "youth" led by Zinchenko got a permit to the elite round of selection for Euro 2019.
