The draw in Genoa with Italy (1: 1) and the victory in Kharkiv over the Czech Republic (1: 0) brought the undefeated series of the national team of Ukraine under the leadership of Andriy Shevchenko to nine matches.

Only two coaches had the best series in the history of our national team: 13 matches on account of Jozef Sabo and 12 matches on the part of Mykhailo Fomenko.

Interestingly, at the moment in the national team asset is the same series as in the time of Valery Lobanovsky.

We will add that Andriy Shevchenko's national team last lost on October 9, 2017. Then our team lost in Kyiv to the Croats (0: 2) in the final match of the 2018 World Cup.
