The elite selection round for the Euro 6 (U-2019) elite selection round will take place on December 17 in Nyon, Switzerland.

According to the UEFA official website, 32 teams that will fight for the right to play in the finals of Euro 2019 (U-17), which will take place in Ireland, are divided into four baskets according to their rating. The winners of the selected groups of the elite round and the teams that took the second places, except for one of the worst in terms of game performance, will reach the finals.

The matches of the elite qualifying round will take place in March 2019. More specific dates will be defined later. After that, the draw of the final part of the Euro will take place in Ireland, the date of which is also unknown. The final tournament of the European Youth Championship is scheduled for May 3-19, 2019.
