Euro 2020. Lithuania - Ukraine match will be held in a small stadium with artificial turf

As we already are reported, the match of the 5th round of the qualifying round of Euro-2020 in group B Lithuania - Ukraine will take place at the LFF Stadium in Vilnius.

The stands of this arena with artificial turf can accommodate 5 fans. The stadium has III category and meets all UEFA and FIFA standards. The size of the field is 067x105 m. The stadium is home not only to the Lithuanian national team, but also to the capital's Zalgiris and Trakai clubs.

The arena was opened in 2004 on the site of the reconstructed Lokomotivas Stadium. The last restructuring took place in 2011-2012. It was then that the natural lawn was first replaced by an artificial one. In 2015, the coating was restored. It is in the building of this sports facility that the headquarters of the Lithuanian Football Union is located.
