As it is likely that the start of the spring part of Ukraine's second championship will be postponed for a week, the coaches have been forced to make adjustments to the preparatory process, and so far almost all participants of the competition are still on vacation.

On the other hand, teams that have changed at the helm have more time to form coaching staffs. However, Vasyl Malik, who headed Ternopil's Niva, as they say, did not invent the bicycle, but stopped his choice on the specialists who helped him in the previous club - Kalush. We are talking about Igor Bilan and Oleksandr Voytiuk. Also among his assistants are Oleksandr Stakhiv and Vadym Bozhenko, who worked at Niva in the first part of the season.

So far, Pavlo Makogin, Anatoliy Chornomaz, Roman Zhmurko, Yaroslav Voloshin, Taras Kryvyi, Oleksandr Yurchak, Mykola Temniuk have left the ranks of Ternopil residents. Vasyl Malik is counting on 10 newcomers. He has already decided on two of them - Anton Antoshin and Ruslan Dedukh, who played under his tutelage in "Kalush".

In Kalush itself, the new manager, Andriy Nesteruk, will be assisted by ex-goalkeeper of Chernivtsi Bukovyna Yuriy Kysylytsia. According to Andriy Nesteruk, the club management did not set a specific task for him in the form of a mandatory promotion in the class, although Prykarpattia will try to win in every match, and we will see what happens at the finish.

As for the leader of group "A", "Minaya", he has already resumed training, which takes place in Uzhgorod. By the way, the Transcarpathian football players started their vacation together - in Greece, where they made a pilgrimage to one of the world's most famous spiritual centers - they went up Mount Athos. According to the players, this trip united them even more, which should help them better prepare for new challenges. Especially since the plans in "Minaya" are ambitious - to get a ticket to the first division.

But the main competitor of "Minaya", "Polissya", before leaving for the first training camp in Poltava said goodbye to six performers at once, including the team leader - defender Pavlo Ivanov.

The position of head coach in another Niva, Vinnytsia, remains vacant. By the way, the new management of the FC at a meeting with the fans announced that they can rewrite the club to the city or regional council if they are ready for funding from them. The main contenders for the position of helmsman so far are Volodymyr Reva, Collins Ngaha and Volodymyr Tsytkin. Six players of Niva's contracts have expired at once, and it is still unknown which of them will be offered to stay in Vinnytsia.

And in Cherkasy everything goes to the reorganization of FC "Cherkasy-Academy" and change its name. At the initiative of the club management, fans even take part in the voting, and so far the most common proposals are "Dnipro", "Cherkasy Dnipro" and "Cherkasy". Meanwhile, the team's leading players, Roman Loktionov and Alexander Safonov, decided to work in other teams.

As for the teams of group "B", the greatest activity is shown by "Girnyk", which has already held two sparring matches, and "Mykolayiv-2", which is out of competition in the city winter championship. It seems that serious personnel perturbations are expected in "Tavria", which has already been left by captain, Anatoly Masalov, and experienced goalkeeper Roman Gurin. However, head coach Serhiy Shevchenko still has enough time to find a worthy replacement.
