Ukraine's national team will compete for the Euro 2020 ticket, and the youngsters will compete in the continental and world arenas in their respective categories.

Each of the national teams of Ukraine in 2019 will have responsible tasks. The youngest team, U-15 (players not older than 2004 year of birth), will take its first steps. The debut gathering of this team will take place from February 20 to 25 and will be of a selection nature.

Two other teams, U-16 (2003 year of birth) and U-18 (2001 year of birth) will pave the way for the continental championships in their age categories, the final parts of which will take place in 2020. Both teams will take part in the Euro qualifying rounds in November this year.

As for teams U-17 (2002 year of birth) and U-19 (2000 year of birth), then these teams are one step closer to the goal. The final Euro tournaments in these age categories will take place this year. Both blue and yellow teams have already passed the first qualifying round and are preparing for the elite rounds, which will take place in late March.

In turn, Ukraine's national team U-20 (1999 year of birth), which competed in the U-2018 category in 19, has already completed its European journey by reaching semifinals continental championship. Thanks to this result, Oleksandr Petrakov's wards won the right to take part in the World Cup in Poland, which will be held from May 23 to June 15 this year. The World Cup will be the last competition for this team.

As for the youth team itself, U-21, a new team led by a new coach, Ruslan Rotan, will start playing in a new tournament - Euro-2021. The qualifying matches will start in September this year and end in October (group tournament) and November (playoffs) in 2020.

And at last, the country's main teamhaving thanks victory in the group of the League of Nations, a spare option in the form of a possible participation in the playoffs of Division B, will first try to make its way to Euro 2020 in the traditional way - through a qualifying tournament. Andriy Shevchenko's wards will play the first qualifying match on March 22 against Portugal.
