For the first time ever, the Student National Team of Ukraine won the Makarov Memorial
In the finals of the 24th annual tournament in memory of a prominent Ukrainian footballer and coach Oleg Makarov beat Kiev Dinas in blue and yellow.
In the decisive match of the tournament, the student team of Ukraine confidently defeated Kyiv's Dinaz. Dmytro Yukhymovich and Anatoliy Nuriev scored in the first half, and a joker, Vladyslav Koba, scored under the curtain of the match. Thus, the student team won the Makarov Memorial for the first time.
We will remind that at a group stage blue-yellows drew with a team of free agents of the All-Ukrainian association of football players-professionals (1:1) and thus "Dinaz" (0: 0), beat "Kolos" from Kovalivka (1:0), Moldovan "Floresti" (3: 0) and "Avangard" from Bzov - 4:1. In the semifinals, Anatoliy Buznik's wards defeated Kyiv's Rubicon (2:1).
Note that for the student team of Ukraine participation in the Makarov Memorial was one of the stages Training to the Universidad Università Naples in July.
