Ukrainian Arbitrators' Meeting in Turkey: Theory and Seven Control Matches

Turkey's training session was arguably the busiest day today.

And the fourth day of the meeting of Ukrainian arbitrators in Belek began to the accompaniment of heavy rain. However, this did not prevent the instructors and wards to perform all tasks on the football field, most of which were devoted to high-speed work.

In the morning theoretical study, the main focus was again on getting acquainted with the VAR methodology and the intricacies of this system. FIFA instructor Giovanni Stevanato also told the judges about the current requirements of FIFA, UEFA and FFU for teamwork of referees during the match.

In the second half of the theoretical session, the main arbitrators and assistants traditionally divided into groups to discuss various topics - in particular, the treatment of situations with negligence violations, as well as violations that entail the use of the second yellow card.

And in the evening there was an interval training with high intensity. Finally, today a record was set for the number of control matches in Turkey, in which Ukrainian referees worked - seven matches. Donetsk "Olympic" also took part in one of them.

In view of all the above, we can say that today in Turkey for Ukrainian arbitrators was the busiest working day so far.
