Euro 2020. Luxembourg national team to face German Zandhausen in control match
The rival of the national team of Ukraine in the qualifying group for Euro 2020, the team of Luxembourg, in March will play a friendly match against the German "Sandhausen".
The national team of Luxembourg has planned the fourth control match this year. This was reported by the official website of the Football Federation of Luxembourg.
On March 6, Luke Holtz's charges will play a friendly match against the second German Bundesliga club Zandhausen. Currently, the future opponent of the rival of the national team of Ukraine in the Euro-2020 qualification ranks 16th in the standings of his division.
The match will take place in Bissen, Luxembourg, located in the heart of the country. The hosts will receive guests at the Klengbousbierg Stadium, which seats 1500 spectators.
It will be recalled that, in addition to the match against Sandhausen, the Luxembourg national team will play control matches against German Saarbrücken (February 13), the Northern Ireland national team (September 5) and the Danish national team (October 15).
Luke Holtz's wards will perform in the Euro 2020 selection in Group B together with Ukraine, Portugal, Serbia and Lithuania.
