UEFA coefficient table: Ukraine has reduced distance to Belgium

In the match of 1/16 of the Europa League final Dynamo thanks to the victory over "Olympiacos" scored two points, which allowed replenish the association's piggy bank by 0,4 points.

At the same time, Belgium did not win a single point, in addition, "Bruges" and "Genk" dropped out of the fight altogether. Thus, the distance from the neighbor was reduced to 1,0 points.

In total, Dynamo has 13 points, Shakhtar has 10 (four of them are bonuses for participating in the group stage of the Champions League), Vorskla has won two points, Zorya and "Mariupol" - one and a half (in total - 28). 

It will be recalled that the seventh, eighth and ninth associations in the UEFA coefficients table have exactly the same rights in both European Cups. Namely - the participation of five clubs: two - in the Champions League (one - in the group stage, one - in the third qualifying round) and three - in the Europa League (one - in the group stage, one - in the third qualifying round and one - in the second qualifying).

But the 10th position loses some privileges (the second runner up starts in the Champions League a stage earlier), the 11th does not allow the association to automatically delegate its club to the Champions League group stage. 

Please note that this table forms the representation for the European Cup season 2020/2021. From 2021, the scheme will be adjusted in connection with reform in the European Cups and launch of the third tournament.
