U-19: Ukraine's youth team defeated Israel's team

The wards of Sergiy Nagornyak, for whom it was the first game to lead the national team, confidently held a friendly match with the Israeli peers.

Today, the U-19 youth team (players not older than 2000 years of birth), in preparation for the Euro elite round, played the first of two scheduled friendly matches with the Israeli team.

If the first half ended with a scoreless draw, then after a break the blue and yellow were added, which allowed them to score three goals that were recorded by Mykhaylo Mudryk, Alexey Kashchuk and Danilo Sikan.

The second match between these teams will take place on February 28 (starting at 11.00).

Recall that from March 15 in this team will begin direct preparation for the elite round of Euro 2019. On their way to the final of the competition, blue and yellow will meet Serbia (March 20), the host of the tournament, Italy (March 23) and Belgium (March 26). Only the winner of the group will receive a ticket to Armenia, where the final part of the competition will take place from July 14 to 27.
