The uniqueness of the Trust Cup is that it involves children's teams trained by police. In November 2018, 38 police officers and cadets from Kyiv and the region underwent specialized trainings. After training, the police formed mixed children's teams aged 13-14.

This is how the concept of "Sport for Development" is implemented - a global initiative of UNICEF, which is implemented worldwide and aims not to win, but to develop, teamwork, building trust and mutual respect, fostering values necessary for children to successfully implement their potential.

For several months, the girls and boys trained under the guidance of juvenile prevention inspectors and patrol police. And on March 17, after interesting matches in the capital's sports complex "Economist", the winners of the competition were determined. They were Arsenal (first place), Fortuna (second place) and Patriot (third place). In the breaks between the matches of the children's teams there was also a friendly match between the team of the National Police of Ukraine and the team of employees of the Football Federation of Ukraine, in which the representatives of FFU were stronger - 3: 1.
