The players of the national team of Ukraine gathered in Kiev before the matches for the Euro-2020
Today at noon, the players, called by the head coach of the national team Andriy Shevchenko, arrived at the Hilton Hotel in the capital, which will become the residence of the blue and yellow team for three days.
Our legionnaires were among the first to arrive: Eduard Sobol - from Prague, Andriy Lunin - from Madrid, Roman Bezus, Roman Yaremchuk and Ruslan Malinovsky - from Brussels.
Eduard Sobol and Roman Bezus did not hide their emotions from returning to the main team of the country. Eduard has now won a place in the main lineup of "Jablonec" and seeks to prove his qualifications to the coaching staff of the national team.

"I really missed the guys, the team, I want to feel the training rhythm and the unique atmosphere of the team as soon as possible," said Edward.
The same is said by Roman Bezus, who purposefully worked on the challenge to the national team: "I am ready to persistently prove my right to join the team."

Ghent forward Roman Yaremchuk, who scored a double in the last match of the Belgian championship and is looking to open the scoring for the national team, also came in a good mood.
"Portugal is a strong opponent, and Cristiano Ronaldo is a respected player, one of the best in the world. I'm sure the game with the European champions will be interesting. We respect our rivals, but we are not afraid of the group's favorites. We will try to show the best of what we can, "said Roman, who managed to meet with his parents before arriving at the national team.

In the afternoon, all 26 players of the team assembled by Andriy Shevchenko went to rest. And already at 16.45 the coaching staff will gather the team for the first short rally, after which it will go to open training, which will begin at 18.00 at the NSC "Olympic". The blue and yellows are waiting for a meeting with their fans to feel the necessary emotional charge before the difficult double departure at the start of the Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.
