Report on the activities of intermediaries
As stated in the report of the Committee on the Status and Transfer of Footballers of the Federation of Ukraine of March 31, 2019, according to the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the FIFA Regulations on the activity of FFU intermediaries must provide each year information on the names (names) of mediators who were recruited for the conclusion Agreements, specifying the specific Agreements to which they have been involved.
In addition, the FFU publishes the total of all fees or fees actually paid to the Intermediaries by all football players registered with the FFU, as well as by each individual club. Amounts to be published: total for all players together and total for each club separately.
According to Article 4 of the FFU Regulations on the activities of intermediaries, each Agreement (conclusion or renegotiation of an employment contract or transfer contract) with the involvement of the Mediator must be registered with the FFU.
According to the information provided by the mediators, clubs and football players, only the following players have used the services of intermediaries during the conclusion of employment contracts for the period from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019:
