Beach soccer team of Ukraine in the second friendly match with the Azerbaijan team in Baku draw

Today the wards of Yevhen Varenytsia held their second control match out of three planned at the training camp in the capital of Azerbaijan - Baku.

The Ukrainian beach soccer team continues its weekly training camp. It started on Monday, and on Tuesday our team in the first friendly match beat the Azerbaijanis with a score of 4: 3. 

During the day, both teams met again in a control match. He turned out no less fierce. In any case, the winner of the match could not be found. The duel ended in a draw - 3: 3. Yuriy Shcherytsia, Yevhen Shaidyuk and Andriy Pashko excelled in the Ukrainian team. 

Evgeny Varenytsy's wards will hold their next and last control match against Azerbaijan on Saturday, April 20. 

It will be recalled that the Azerbaijani team became Ukraine's opponent in the 1/8 finals of the selection for the World Beach Games in San Diego. The qualifying round in the Spanish town of Salou will take place from 9 to 12 May. Ukraine and Azerbaijan will play on the first day of selection. If our team succeeds, the winner of the Russia-Norway pair will be waiting for us in the quarterfinals.
