Footballer of the national team of Ukraine Junior Moraes after learning about the decision of the UEFA supervisory and disciplinary body, sent a letter to FFU.

In his message, Moraes expresses his gratitude to the leadership of the Football Federation of Ukraine, the coaching staff and all the fans who supported him during the protests of the Portuguese and Luxembourg football federations about his participation in the matches of March 22 and 25 for the Ukrainian national team.

"Dear fans of the national team of Ukraine! Today, good news for me and our team came from UEFA headquarters in Switzerland. UEFA has rejected a protest by the football federations of Portugal and Luxembourg. Over the last month, I have been very worried, but FFU President Andriy Pavelko immediately assured me that FFU acted legally, and we will prove our rightness. Of course, this situation made me nervous, but the truth is on our side. I love Ukraine, my family loves Ukraine, and I am grateful to Ukraine for everything. Today I want to thank everyone for their support. This is a victory for our friendly team and its fans! For my part, I can say that in every game I will make every effort to ensure that our team successfully performs in the qualifying round of the 2020 European Championship, "said in his letter Junior Moraes.
