The national beach soccer team of Ukraine took the fifth place in the qualifying tournament of the World Beach Games

Yevhen Varenytsa's wards have not been able to get a direct pass to the final part of the World Beach Games, but will be able to make it through a joint match with a team from South America.

The defeat of the national team of Ukraine in the quarterfinals of the European qualification of the World Beach Games did not allow the blue and yellows to get a direct ticket to the final of the tournament in the United States. However, in the fights for fifth or eighth place, they had a chance to fight for the last pass from Europe. After the victory over Portugal (5: 3), the last barrier on the way to the goal was the national team of Belarus. 

Today Yevhen Varenytsia's wards overcame this obstacle. In the match for the fifth place of the qualifying tournament in Spain, our team won over the Belarusians - 5: 2. Maksym Voitok scored a double for the Ukrainians, Yuriy Shcherytsia, Dmytro Voitenko and Oleh Zborovsky scored for the ball.
