Examinations for candidates for the Permanent Intermediary Certificate will take place on June 21

On May 8, a meeting of the Committee on the Status and Transfer of Football Players was held, at which the date and procedure for conducting examinations for candidates for a permanent mediator's certificate were determined and requirements for candidates were set. The exams will take place on June 21.

According to the developed procedure:

1. Exams are allowed:

- natural persons-citizens of Ukraine who have lived on the territory of Ukraine for at least three years and have an impeccable reputation;

- natural persons-citizens of another country with a certificate of temporary / permanent residence in Ukraine, living in Ukraine for at least three years and having an impeccable reputation;

- natural persons-citizens of another country who have lived on the territory of Ukraine for at least five years and have an impeccable reputation.

2. Legal entities have the right to obtain a Permanent Intermediary Certificate (PP) by obtaining a permit for each individual natural person who will conduct his business on behalf of the legal entity. Only such person (s) will have the right to formally mediate and sign, on behalf of the legal entity, the documents provided by the FFU Regulations for the activities of intermediaries.

3. Applicants up to 17 June must submit examination commissions (Football House, room 312 or e-mail) [email protected]) set the list of documents.

4. Three days before the date of the examinations, the commission makes a decision on the admission of candidates to the examinations and sets, if necessary, a date for an interview with the heads of legal entities (which informs the candidates directly).

5. In case of admission, the candidate one day before the date of the examination provides the commission with confirmation of payment of the established mandatory monetary contribution.

6. At the exam, the candidate must have a passport with him.

7. The exam is conducted in the form of a test (in Ukrainian or Russian) with the possibility of choosing the answer from several proposed options. 

8. The questions are formed from the documents of FIFA, UEFA and FFU related to the activities of intermediaries.

9. The exam consists of 15 questions.

10. The minimum number of points required for successful completion of the exam is 11. There is one point for each correct answer.

List of documents that the candidate has before 17 June shall provide the commissions:

For individuals-citizens of Ukraine:

1. Заява.

2. Copy of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine.

3. Copy of foreign passport (if available).

4. A copy of the identification code.

5. Signed intermediary declaration (Appendix # 1 to regulations).

6. Autobiography.

7. Residence certificate.

8. Copy of employment record (if any).

9. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer to the FFU fund a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of UAH 30 for the development of football. 

For natural persons-citizens of another country with a certificate of temporary / permanent residence on the territory of Ukraine, residing on the territory of Ukraine for at least three years:

1. Заява.

2. A copy of the passport of a national of another country.

3. Copy of temporary residence permit on the territory of Ukraine.

4. A copy of the identification code.

5. Signed intermediary declaration (Appendix # 1 to regulations).

6. Autobiography.

7. Residence certificate.

8. Copy of employment record (if any).

9. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer to the FFU fund a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of UAH 40 for the development of football. 

For natural persons-citizens of another country living on the territory of Ukraine for at least five years:

1. Заява.

2. A copy of the passport of a national of another country.

3. Copy of the identification code (if any).

4. Signed intermediary declaration (Appendix # 1 to regulations).

5. Autobiography.

6. Residence certificate.

7. Copy of employment record (if any).

8. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer to the FFU fund a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of UAH 55 for the development of football.

For legal entities:

1. Заява.

2. Written consent of the legal entity to be represented by the candidate.

3. Passport of the citizen of Ukraine.

4. Copy of foreign passport (if available).

5. Identification code.

6. Signed intermediary declaration (Appendix # 1 to regulations).

7. The Declaration of the Head of the Legal Entity (Appendix No. 2 to regulations).

8. Autobiography.

9. Copy of employment record (if any).

10. Residence certificate.

11. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

12. Brief information about the legal entity.

13. Statute and other registration documents of a legal entity.

Additionally, if necessary, an interview is conducted with the heads of legal entities, based on the results of which a decision is made on admission to the exams.

In order to be admitted to the exams, the candidate (or the legal entity on whose behalf he / she will carry out the activity) must transfer a mandatory monetary contribution of UAH 40 for the development of football to the FFU.
