U-18: Ukraine's national junior team starts international tournament in Slovakia

In the opening match of the Slovak Cup, Oleg Kuznetsov's team proved to be stronger than the Czech team.

The youth national team of Ukraine (players not older than 2001) played its first match at the Slovak Cup with their peers from the Czech Republic. The match was held according to the scheme "two halves of 40 minutes".

Already in the 19th minute, Karpaty striker Maksym Hirnyi opened the scoring. 1: 0. So the first half of the meeting ended. At the beginning of the second half (in the 48th minute) the goal advantage of the Ukrainians was increased by another representative of "Karpaty", Artem Danyliuk. The defender converted a penalty. In the future, none of the rivals managed to score.
