The UPL Championship playoff draw will take place on May 24

On May 24, at 11.00 in the premises of the House of Football (7A Laboratory Ave., 3 rd floor), the draw of the UPL Championship Playoff Round of the 2018-2019 season will begin, informs the Ukrainian Premier League. 

According to the competition calendar, the playoff matches will take place on June 4 and 8 this year.

We remind you that the Regulations of the All-Ukrainian football competitions among the teams of Ukrainian Premier League clubs state:

Article 5. Participants of competitions

10. Rotation of teams in UPL competitions is carried out in the following order:

10.1. According to the principle of relegation in the classroom in accordance with these regulations, namely: following the results of the competitive season, the UPL team leaves the participant whose main team took the last place in the final standings. Withdrawal of the participant is made out by the corresponding decision of general meeting.

10.2. The participant, whose main team ranked 11th in the UPL, plays two playoff games with a team that, in the end of the season, finished second in the PFL First League Championship. The owner of the field is determined by the draw.

10.3. The participant, whose main team ranked 10th in the UPL, plays two playoff games with a team that, as a result of the season, finished third in the PFL first league championship. The owner of the field is determined by the draw.
