U-21: Ruslan Rotan Named Composition of Youth Team of Ukraine for Lobanovsky Memorial Tournament

The national team of Ukraine will begin its gathering before the domestic international tournament on May 31.

On the last day of spring, the U-21 Ukraine national team will begin gathering, which will take part in the Valery Lobanovsky Memorial. Head coach of blue and yellow Ruslan Rotan named the list of 22 names. Also on the reserve list is a group of football players, three of whom will be called up later. 

Goalkeepers: Anatoliy Trubin (Shakhtar Donetsk), Oleg Bilyk (Alexandria), Andriy Kozhukhar (Chernomorets Odessa).

Defenders: Evgeny Cheberko (Zorya Luhansk), Vladislav Baboglo, Timur Stetskov (both Alexandria), Oleksiy Bykov (Mariupol), Orest Lebedenko (Lugo, Spain), Bogdan Milovanov (Sporting X, Spain)

Midfielders: Dmytro Kryskiv, Volodymyr Yakimets, Dmytro Topalov (all - Shakhtar Donetsk), Bohdan Biloshevsky, Ahmed Alibekov, Yevhen Smyrny (all - Dynamo Kyiv), Artem Kozak (Arsenal-Kyiv), Maksym Lunyov, Bohdan Lednev ( both - "Dawn" Lugansk), Alexander Nazarenko ("Dnipro-1").

Forwards: Evgeny Isayenko, Nazariy Rusyn (both - Dynamo Kyiv), Vladislav Vakula (Mariupol).

The tournament itself will take place from June 3 to 5 in Kyiv. This time the youth national teams of Ukraine, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Israel will take part in the competition. In the semifinals, Ruslan Rotan's team will play against the Cypriots, and the Bulgarians will play against the Israelis.

Note that the matches with the participation of the national team of Ukraine will be held at the NSC "Olympic". The other two fights will take place at NTC them. V. Bannikov.
