News from the Ukrainian national camp: morning training on the field and evening training in the gym
The preparatory training of the national team is gradually gaining momentum. The night before, Andriy Yarmolenko, Yevhen Konoplyanka and Roman Bezus arrived at the location of the blue and yellows. The guys did not hide their satisfaction that they were again in the warm atmosphere of the team.
He especially missed teammates Andrei Yarmolenko, who missed the previous training session due to injury.
Eight players of the main team and 11 wards of Ruslan Rotan took part in the morning training today.

The head coach of the national team Andriy Shevchenko and his assistants also traditionally took part in the training, actively telling the young players the nuances of their actions on the field. For players born in 1998-2000, such a master class from the coaching staff and players of the main team is a great opportunity for professional growth and increased motivation.
And some of the young people also got a unique opportunity to play tennis ball with the head coach and experienced Yarmolenko, Konoplyanka and Bezus! Here, too, a lot of responsibility - to maintain the pace and level of play of senior comrades.

The team will hold an evening session not on the field, but in the gym: a set of fitness exercises for football players, as always, will be selected by physical training coach Ivan Bashtovy.
