2019 World Cup (U-20): relocation to Gdansk and recovery procedures

June 8, after the winning quarterfinal match of the World Cup (U-20) with Colombia, The Ukrainian national team, having covered 350 km by bus, settled in Gdansk at the Hilton Hotel.

Before that, according to good tradition, the coach of the national team of Ukraine Oleksandr Petrakov thanked the employees of the Ambasador Premier Hotel, and the team took a photo in memory.

After a long move, the players got a rest. Tonight's training session, the coaching staff decided to replace the restoration of physical condition in the water center, where players can swim in the pool, go to the sauna and jacuzzi. Tomorrow the team will work according to the usual schedule - theoretical classes and evening training. The training session will take place on the football field of the city sports complex, located 10 minutes from the hotel.

It will be recalled that the semifinal match against the vice-champion of Europe 2018 (U-19), the Italian team, will take place on June 11 in Gdynia, 30 km from Gdansk (starting at 18.30 Kyiv time).
