UAF Executive Committee considered the appeals of Ukrainian Premier League clubs

The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association considered the collective appeal of all UPL clubs and amended Art. 18 of the Regulations on attestation of UPL football clubs regarding its application in the attestation procedure in case of impossibility to fulfill the requirements stipulated by it due to the availability of relevant decisions of football justice authorities.

Namely, he determined that non-compliance with the requirements of this article is not a ground for refusing to issue a club certificate if the club can not comply with these requirements due to the existence of relevant decisions of the football justice authorities, and only if the club will finance children's and youth football within the limits of bonuses and payments received by the club from UEFA for the development of children's and youth football in the respective season under the conditions determined by the UAF administration.

Thus, the UAF Executive Committee eliminated the gap in regulating the performance of certification by clubs whose youth and youth teams were subject to disciplinary sanctions.
