Anatoly Buznik: "We will decide on the application of the team for the World University after four sparring"

On June 21, candidates for the Ukrainian national team met in Kiev, where they will hold the final stage of preparation for the World Universiade, which will be hosted by the Italian city of Naples in July.

- There are currently 25 players in the training camp, - said the team's head coach Anatoly Buznik in an interview with the official website of the UAF. - After four sparring matches, we will decide on the 20 performers who will represent Ukraine in Italy.

- Did all the players you were counting on come to the training camp in the capital?

- You know, the most important thing for me is to have footballers under my wing who want to defend the sporting honor of Ukraine. More than half of those present at the meeting are teams of masters. Stepan Yurchyshyn and Oleksiy Yatsenko will help me in Naples.

- In which control matches will your wards set up game reports?'ulcers?

- On June 25 we will meet Chernihiv's Desna, the next day - with FC Mezhyhirya, which plays in the championship of Kyiv region, on June 28 - with Obolon-Brovar and on June 29 - with Chaika. In the first three matches, each of the potential candidates will be able to play in the half, and in the final sparring with the second league team from Petropavlovsk Borshchahivka we plan to field the fighting force.

- When are you going to Naples?

- June 30. At the previous stage of the World Universiade on July 5 we will play with the Italians, and on the 8th - with the Mexicans. The two best teams from each group advance to the next round.
