The results of the club season for the legionnaires of the national team of Ukraine: Roman Bezus

The 2018/2019 club season turned out to be probably the most tumultuous in the career of the midfielder of the national team of Ukraine Roman Bezus.

It was started by our midfielder in the Belgian "Saint-Truiden", where he was rightly considered one of the leaders of the team. In one of the matches Roman even brought his team to the field as captain. Ironically, that match was a meeting in the Belgian Cup with Ghent (1: 3), where Bezus moved in January this year.

So the club season for Roman was divided into two conditional parts. If you look at the first one, we will see goals scored, assists, injuries - even a withdrawal that happened in the national championship game against Ghent.

After moving to the team, where his partners in the national team of Ukraine Roman Yaremchuk and Igor Plastun already played, Bezus' efficiency fell. In 17 games for Ghent, the midfielder scored only one goal, but received as many as five yellow cards.

Prospects for the season 2019/2020

We can assume that the second part of the 2018/2019 season was a kind of period of adaptation of Roman Bezus to the new team. In the new round of his career, the Ukrainian has every chance to become an important component of Ghent.
