The coach of the beach national team of Ukraine Yevhen Varenytsa has decided on the composition of the team for the first qualifying stage of the Euroleague 2019. 

The coaching staff of the national beach soccer team to participate in the first qualifying round of the Euroleague, which will be held in the Portuguese town of Nazare from July 5 to July 7, summoned 10 performers.

Goalkeepers: Andriy Nerush (VIT), Volodymyr Gladchenko (Euroformat)

On Tuesday, our team held an evening training, and today will fly to Portugal. By the will of the draw, the Ukrainians got to Group 1, where their rivals will be the national teams of Portugal, Switzerland and Poland.

Group 2 will be played by Russia, Spain, Azerbaijan and Turkey.

It will be recalled that the Euroleague regulations have undergone significant changes this season. The number of selection stages was reduced from five to two. The second will take place in Catania, Italy, but Ukraine will not take part in it. 

To get to the Euroleague Super Final, Ukrainians need to perform successfully in Nazareth. To reach the final part of the competition, Yevhen Varenytsia's wards must take at least the eighth place according to the results of the selection. A total of 12 teams play in Division A.

The matches of this year's Euroleague Super Final will take place in Figueira de Foz, Portugal, on September 5-8.
