UEFA Champions League. Kyiv's Dynamo received a contender in the third qualifying round

Today in Nyon, the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round of the 2019/2020 season has been drawn.

According to its results, the vice-champion of Ukraine, Dynamo Kyiv, will start its performance in the European Cups next season against the Belgian Brugge. The first game of Kyiv, which had a seeded status during the draw, will be held on August 6/7 in Bruges, and the return match will be held on August 13 in Kyiv. Among the possible rivals of the white and blues, in addition to Bruges, were also the Turkish "Istanbul Basaksehir" and the Austrian LASK.

In case of failure, Kyiv will continue to play in the group stage of the Europa League. In case of general success in the third stage of the Champions League qualification for the ticket to the group tournament, Dynamo will compete in the playoff round, the matches of which will be held on August 20/21 and 27/28 (draw - August 5). The champion of Ukraine, Shakhtar, already has a pass to the group round of the Champions League, the formation of which will take place on August 29.
