UAF Executive Board approves system of team-to-team exchange for the 2019/2020 season

The last team of the Premier League goes directly to the PFL, the three best clubs of the first league will receive direct tickets to the UPL.

The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association, having received proposals from UPL and PFL, given the lack of a coordinated approach to the team exchange system, decided to approve the following rotation between UPL and PFL based on the results of the 2019/2020 season:

- the team which, after the results of the season, will occupy the last (12th) place in the UPL tournament standings, is leaving for the PFL directly;

- Teams that take the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the first league standings according to the season results, are directly raised to UPL (if they have the appropriate certificate).
