Ukraine-Nigeria: Seventh Blue-Yellow Meeting with Representatives of the African Continent

Throughout the history of its existence, the national team of Ukraine managed to hold six matches with representatives of the African continent.

The statistics of these meetings are in favor of our team. The Ukrainian national team never lost, drawing three times.

In official tournaments, fate brought the blue and yellows with the Africans only once. Oleg Blokhin's wards defeated Tunisia at the 2006 World Cup. It is interesting that the author of the only goal (from the penalty spot) was the current coach of the national team of Ukraine Andriy Shevchenko.
