For the first time in history, Kyiv's Alternative became the champion of Ukraine's beach football

In the final of the Ukrainian beach soccer championship in 2019, the footballers of Kyiv's "Alternative" defeated "Kyivmiskbud" and won gold medals.

From Thursday to Sunday on the Central beach of the city of Ukrainka in the Kiev area matches of the final part of the championship of Ukraine took place. Eight teams won the championship title: "Alternative" (Kyiv), "Lightning" (Berdyansk), "Vityaz" (Dnipro), "Kyivmiskbud" (Kyiv), VIT (Kyiv), "Dnipro" (Ukrainka), "Choice" ( Dnipro) and Griffin (Kyiv).

Following the results of mini-tournaments in two groups, the capital's "Alternative", "Kyivmiskbud", VIT and "Griffin" reached the semifinals. In the final, Alternative and Kyivmiskbud met today. 

As a result, the final match with a score of 5: 3 was won by the players of "Alternative", who for the first time in their history became the champions of the country. Kyivmiskbud is a silver medalist.

Bronze medals of the national championship were won by VIT players, who defeated Griffin in the match for the third place - 3: 1.
