The Ukrainian Football Association has successfully passed a review audit

On August 21, 2019, the Ukrainian Football Association successfully passed the review audit of the independent international audit company Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), involved by UEFA in accordance with the Club Licensing Quality Standard for the organization and compliance with the UEFA approved licensing procedure.

The verification of compliance with all the requirements established by the UEFA Club Licensing Quality Standard is carried out by an independent certification body on an annual basis.

The Ukrainian Football Association, as a national association - a member of UEFA, has committed itself to implementing the requirements of the licensing system of UEFA clubs at the national level and acts as a licensor on the basis of delegated powers of UEFA in relation to all football clubs in Ukraine.

During the inspection, the role of the UAF in creating a fairly clear system of certification of football clubs at all levels was noted.

At the same time, the auditors noted the high qualification and professionalism of all persons involved in the process of club licensing and club monitoring, as well as the timeliness and quality of the decision-making process in the licensing of clubs for the 2019/2020 season. Positive feedback was also received regarding the comparative analysis of professional football data of Ukraine in the context of modern licensing requirements.

The Ukrainian Football Association pays due attention to the quality management of the club licensing system and expresses its confidence that the licensing system is a sound basis for the systematic and consistent development of football in Ukraine.
