Traditionally, training began with exercises to warm up muscles, play exercises, keeping the ball in a limited area. In addition to warming up and exercises for speed and coordination, the players held a number of game sessions. As always, the game of tic-tac-toe, where none of the teams wanted to concede, added positive emotions. The goalkeepers worked under the close supervision of the goalkeeping coach.
