A mini-football tournament was held in Kiev among teams of children of prosecutors
On Sunday in the capital of Ukraine at NTK them. V. Bannikov hosted a mini-football festival among the children of prosecutors.
Nine teams took part in the tournament, which was held by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine under the auspices of the Ukrainian Football Association. Children of employees of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine (two teams), prosecutor's offices of Poltava, Mykolaiv, Lviv, Volyn, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk and Khmelnytsky regions competed in two groups for the right to reach the finals. According to the tournament regulations, the matches consisted of two halves of eight minutes each.

The competition was preceded by the opening ceremony of the festival, which was attended by former First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Dmytro Storozhuk and Ukrainian football legends Vladyslav Vashchuk and Volodymyr Yezersky, who currently heads the Ukrainian U-18 youth team.
The legendary football player of Dynamo Kyiv and the national team of Ukraine Vladyslav Vashchuk wished the children health and success and said: “I am very pleased to see so many people today. This is not my first time at this wonderful tournament, which I am sure will be held at a high level again. I am glad that the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Football Association pay attention to family values, because children are our future. I want to wish our little giants great football, that they, in any case, always achieve the goal. "

Following the results of the group stage, the teams of the prosecutor's offices of Lviv and Luhansk regions got to the finals. The teams of GPU-2 and the prosecutor's office of Dnipropetrovsk region competed for the third place.
As a result, the bronze medalist was the team of Dnipropetrovsk region, which defeated the team GPU-2 with a score of 1: 0. The winners of the tournament were the children of the Lviv Prosecutor's Office, who defeated their rivals from Luhansk region in the final - 3: 1.
After the competition at the UAF training base, the honored guests awarded the winners and the best players of the tournament with medals, diplomas and certificates.

In conclusion, the head coach of the youth national team of Ukraine U-18 Volodymyr Yezerskyi said: “I would like to thank the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Football Association for organizing this tournament. Now in our country many children's competitions are held. And since there is mass, there is quantity, sooner or later quality will come. I want you, children, to obey your parents and coaches. I am sure that thanks to such tournaments you will add in skill and, perhaps, replenish the ranks of domestic clubs and the national team of Ukraine. "
