Europa League. Dynamo starts performance in group tournament with victory over Malmo

This time, Dynamo reached the start of the group stage of the European Cup after a series of six matches without victories in various tournaments. Therefore, the match against the Swedish club looked like a good opportunity to rehabilitate in the eyes of fans and finally get a positive charge of emotions, which could add confidence and help break the black bar.

The composition of white and blue was more than half different from where they started previous match with Desna. Moreover, only Burda was absent due to disqualification, the other five performers (Karavaev, Kadiri, Garmash, De Pena and Besedin) lost their places in the "start" for other reasons. Instead, players who do not have a stable playing practice got a chance - Shabanov, Sidorchuk, returned to the top 11 Kendzor, Shepelev, Verbych and Rodriguez.

This version of the composition of Kiev was initially not much more effective than the previous one. Mykhailychenko's team had a lot of desire, movement and struggle, but few sharp combinations and unusual actions in the attack. As a result, during the entire first half, the hosts did not strike a single blow to the opponent's goal. The players of the Swedish club, which does not belong to the European elite at all, calmly acted as the second number, and although they did not create anything special in front of them, such a development suited them perfectly.   

After the break, Dynamo finally started to create moments. He dangerously punched Kendzor with his head, Verbych disturbed the goalkeeper from the penalty spot, and Tsygankov failed to beat Dalin at close range. Kyiv pressed the opponent to the goal for a long time, but could not find an opportunity for a successful shot. But at the end of the meeting, Shepelev's pass through the center with a subsequent pass on the way to Buyalsky finally helped to overcome the Swedish defense - Vitaly broke past the goalkeeper. 1: 0, and Dynamo won for the first time since the beginning of August.

The game was attended by players of white and blue, who were summoned for the September gathering of the national team of Ukraine: Boyko, Mykolenko, Tsygankov (replaced by 90 minutes), Buyalsky (goal), Shepelev (goal pass), Karavayev (replaced by 90 minutes).
