Today the beach soccer team of Ukraine goes to the World beach games in Qatar

The head coach of the Ukrainian beach soccer team Yevhen Varenytsia announced the composition of his team at the World Beach Games in Qatar. 

Tonight, the Ukrainian beach soccer team is leaving for Qatar, where the пля World Beach Games will be held from October 12 to 16. Our team received the right to perform on them based on the results of the European qualification in Salou, Spain. The national team took the fifth place in the qualifying tournament, however, due to the transfer of the competition from the USA to Qatar, it became passable without additional butt matches.

The Ukrainians will play in Group C together with the teams of Iran, Paraguay and Senegal. The day before, the leader of the blue-yellows Yevhen Varenytsia announced the composition of our team, to which he invited 12 performers.

Outfield players: Dmytro Medvid, Yuriy Shcherytsya, Ivan Hlutsky (all - Kyivmiskbud), Roman Pachev, Dmytro Voitenko (both - "Euroformat"), Konstantin Makeyev ("Griffin"), Maxim Voytok (VIT), Andriy Pashko, Oleg Zborovsky, Maxim Predator (all - "Alternative").

Group A: Brazil, Switzerland, UAE, Morocco.

Group B: Italy, Spain, Mexico, Solomon Islands.

Group C: Iran, Paraguay, Senegal, Ukraine. 

Group D: Russia, Japan, Uruguay, El Salvador.

Only the winners of each of the four groups will advance to the playoffs. The best team of our quartet will play in the semifinals with the winner of Group D. Note that the beach soccer tournament starts on October 11, the day before the official opening ceremony of the Games.
