WU-19: Ukraine's women's national team wins victory in Euro-2020 qualifying tournament

The WU-19 Ukraine Women's National Team won its last match in the Euro-2020 (WU-19) qualifying tournament but failed to qualify for the elite selection round from third place.

After two defeats in the Euro 2020 (WU-19) matches by Ireland (0:2) and the Netherlands (1:4) Valery Palamarchuk's team met with the Montenegrin team.

Our opponents in the 13th minute opened the scoring after a shot by Nadi Djurdjevac. However, within nine minutes Anastasia Nemets regained her balance in the meeting. By the end of the first half, Irina Kotyash also led our team forward.

In the second half of the game Oksana Bilokur increased the advantage of the Ukrainian women, but the opponents reduced the gap to one ball. The penalty was scored by Ana Knezevich. In the end - 3: 2, and the national team of Ukraine finished third in group 9.
